  • Plans Work Order for Maintenance Crews, to include pre-staging of parts. 
  • Converts Work Requests from Production to Work Orders. 
  • Maintains Back Log of Work Orders. 
  • Maintains Mini Files (Equipment History). 
  • Uses feedback from Preventive and Predictive Maintenance to create Work Orders for Corrective Maintenance. 
  • Works with Storeroom/Parts Coordinator to procure necessary non-stock items/parts for Work Orders. 
  • Receives Crew Availability from Supervisors on a Weekly Basis and uses this to determine the Back Logged work to assign the next week, and assigns. 
  • Tracks completion of Work Orders. 
  • Converts Equipment History into new or improved Preventive and Predictive Maintenance. 
  • Maintains PM, PdM, CM and WO document storage.


  • Mechanical Aptitude with expert knowledge of all production equipment. 
  • Team Player with excellent communication skills. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. 
  • Must be extremely organized. 
  • Thorough understanding of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance. 
  • Thorough understanding of Maintenance Systems. 
  • Ability to work with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • High School or GED preferred.
