    Manage transfer of materials both physically and in the systems (ie. BPCS, ECS, etc.) to ensure inventory accuracy. Responsible for cycle counting of materials and kits as required.  PIV experience or willingness to learn to operate PIV equipment required.




    • Check the inventory system for materials to prepare kits using FEFO inventory rotation and the batch sheets provided by the product mixers.
    • Physically transfer all materials to the processing area as needed: Supersacks, Bulk Hoppers, Totes, Tomato Totes, Kits, all ingredients required
    • Transfer materials in the system, from BPCS to the ECS system
    • Transfer materials in the system, assigning ingredients to the proper equipment for use
    • Deliver ingredients to their assigned equipment/location (the totes will need to be placed on the tote system , the bulk ingredients moved to the hopper filling area, kits onto the proper platforms for use, etc.)
    • The allergen room will need items delivered to the door and the product mixers will be responsible for transport after that to avoid cross contamination 
    • Physically transfer kits to proper location in warehouse as they are completed, using proper controls and FEFO lot placement (ensure validation of kits as required)
    • Physically count and return unused materials to the warehouse area using proper allergen control procedures and FEFO lot placement.
    • Make any required adjustments and transfer the physically counted quantity in the system from ECS to BPCS – reprint new quantity pallet tickets and place on the pallet (remove any old pallet tickets). 
    • Cycle count and inventory adjustment of all items utilized in the processing area, including kits. 
    • Breakdown of unused kits or kits with expired materials – ensure all required adjustments are made by Finance   
    • Responsible for assisting with annual physical inventory 
    • Managing and maintaining the warehouse, cooler and flammables storage cabinet, ensuring cleanliness and proper ingredient storage
    • On sanitation nights all areas will need to be cleared of totes, kits and ingredients. These items will need to be staged and returned when sanitation is completed.
    • Removal of outputs from the processing of ingredients:   Recycling totes will need to be changed, empty containers will need to be transferred to the sanitation area when needed.
    •  All outbound trailers will need to be loaded with outbound material s, waste, IBC Totes, Fiber drums, etc.
    • Totes that are emptied will need to be properly drained, broken down, banded together for loading on trucks for removal, or prepared to be taken to the packaging line for waste
    • All other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.







    • Maintain a fork lift driver’s license, as issued by plant policy
    • Mathematical skills for simple arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)



    • High School diploma or equivilent required.
