Job Evaluation – Sanitation-Specialist 0005-010
Job Description: Clean all areas of the plant including, but not limited to, raw and finished production areas. Mix any materials or chemicals needed to complete job after being properly trained.
Equipment: Wrenches, foamers, high pressure water hoses, ragIn addition, responsibilities within Specialist scope include CIP’s.s, buckets, hose guns, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, etc...
Duties: 1. Perform one or more of the following duties:
a. Cleaning Line 1 Blending, Running CIP,
Using a computer.
a. Mix any chemicals or cleaning solutions needed to satisfactorily complete job.
b. Clean all floors, walls and equipment in area except equipment listed as "specialty equipment" such as M.P.O., waffle oven, pancake oven, etc..
c. Reassemble equipment as instructed by management.
d. Follow all safety procedures when cleaning equipment and mixing chemicals and follow authorized procedure in case of emergencies.
e. Inspect all equipment to ensure area has been cleaned in accordance with Company and USDA procedures.
2. Perform job in a safe and efficient manner as directed by team leader or company procedures.
3. Keep any record or statistical charts required.
4. Keep area clean and orderly.
