    This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly.  This position is responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of inbound and outbound loads. This requires the person to have good communication skills and be able to communicate with internal and external customers. This position is responsible for helping to ensure that all team members within the department are adequately performing their job duties and provide feedback to the supervisor. This person must be able to perform each position within the department so they can fill in. This position includes performing inventories, loading and unloading trailers, manifest loads, bill out trucks and other duties directed by management. Must be able to use a computer to complete a portion of their job duties. 


    Heavy lifting requirements of +40 pounds.  Ability to attain a forklift and pallet jack license.
