    SCOPE OF POSITION:  Responsible for management of warehouse operations and team.  Will be responsible to load and unload trucks, fill orders accurately, move finished product and provide excellent service to customers.



    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.

    • Effectively manages warehouse employees on shift.
    • Responsible to meet the established performance goals.
    • Prepares and ensures accuracy of all orders.  
    • Loads and unloads trucks using electric or manual pallet jack.
    • Moves finished product, checks codes dates to ensure product quality.
    • Does monthly inventory counts.
    • Provides exceptional service to all internal and external customers.
    • Leads the 6S lean initiative by example and ensures that expectations are met.  
    • Supports continuous improvement efforts to improve quality of service and increase safety and efficiency of warehouse operations.
    • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping work area orderly, complying with procedures, rules and regulations.



    • Three years’ experience in warehouse and inventory management and forklift certification.
    • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Good organizational, time management and attention to detail skills.
    • Candidate must be self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Ability to be an independent thinker and make good decisions.
    • Must be able to repetitively lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Willing to work in a fast paced environment and proven track record of successfully leading a team.
